We, at “Bobby’s”, will continue to enjoy smoking fine tobacco products in guidance with the new Maryland State Law.The law is plainly written and effects those establishments that are not “Retailers”!!!Yes, we are a “Tobacco Retailer” and currently enjoy working relationships with “Rocky Patel, Dunhill, Carlos Torano and The Heavenly Cigar Co (flavored collection).
So here’s how we’ll operate:

Smoking will be permitted on the second level, rear deck and outside (south All smokers end-West West Street side) only.
No smoking in front of the main entrance of the building.
A surcharge of $5.00 for persons smoking tobacco products not purchased at our location.
Surcharge payment is paid to the management or bartender on duty before you light up.
This goes without saying, but I’ve got to say it anyway and you know why!Do not enter “Bobby’s” smoking a product of any type or one you so-called-put-out and it’s smelling!!
No Smoking allowed during “Live Jazz “; NO EXCEPTIONS
