Ecco Domani ~ Chardonnay Pinot Grigio
Blend: 94% Pinot Grigio, 6% Chardonnay. This wine has a clear, straw yellow color, with light golden reflections. A low concentration of Surmaturo grapes gives the wine tropical fruit notes that make the vintage truly unique. The wine possesses pleasant floral and tropical fruit aromas, and has a light, crisp, clean and refreshing flavor, with fruit character and refined elegance.
Ecco Domani ~ Cabernet Merlot
Blend: 86% Merlot (6% surmaturo Merlot), 5% surmaturo Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% surmaturo Lagrein. Ecco Domani 2005 Merlot displays a deep red color tinged with ruby-red reflections. It is soft and lovely in the modern red style, with aromas of well-ripened blackberry fruit. It has subtle tannins and a long, complex finish characterized by notes of spice and cherry on the palate. This Merlot is a perfect match for a wide range of foods, particularly tomato-based pasta dishes, poultry and grilled meats.
Fat Bastard ~ Chardonnay
An elegant, pale golden color with aromas of vanilla, hazelnut and toast. A full-bodied Chardonnay with bright, fresh fruit flavors and a hint of oak. Ideal as an accompaniment to a variety of cheeses, seafood, poultry and cream sauce pastas.
Fat Bastard - Merlot
This was a surprising find in a red wine. For all those who think a Merlot is too woodsy or dry, give this one a try. Its not too dry, but yet has a nice smooth taste that will not bite your tongue.
